“We shall not cease from exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time.”
— T. S. Eliot

Therapy is a process of introspection that helps you address what isn't working in your life. I offer weekly sessions to support you in facing the questions and concerns that have become obstacles. This regular practice of reflection allows you to connect with parts of yourself that may otherwise be difficult to access. Through therapy, you may experience new emotions or confront deeply buried feelings, gaining fresh perspectives on familiar issues. This journey creates space for all your emotions—hurts, longings, frustrations, worries, and hopes—so you don't have to carry them alone. By acknowledging these feelings, you can achieve a deeper self-understanding, connect more with your inner voice, and live a more authentic life.

Clinical specialties:

  • Addressing anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress
  • Enhancing relationship quality
  • Facilitating self-discovery and deeper self-understanding, including the impact of past experiences and socio-cultural influences
  • Navigating difficult family dynamics and family of origin issues
  • Exploring identity, including belonging, acculturation stress, and generational/cultural differences within families
  • Supporting life transitions such as adulthood, marriage, parenting, career changes, and shifts in relationships

Through our work, we will untangle these issues, and others that may not be listed here. Please reach out to see how I can help you.

Feelings are like a compass.
They offer us guidance and a source of direction.
